This Privacy Policy explains how EaseTourMaster (“EaseTourMaster”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operating the platform at easetourmaster.com, collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, or use our software as a tour operator (“tenant”) or as a customer of a tenant. By using easetourmaster.com or our services, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. Your name, company name, email address, phone number, operator size, plan interest and any message you submit through our enquiry or signup forms, and account details you provide when you subscribe.
- Business & content data. For tenants, the packages, pricing, customer records, bookings, conversations and other content you create or upload while using the platform.
- Usage & device data. Pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser type, device and approximate location, collected automatically to operate and improve the service.
- Cookies. Essential cookies for sign-in and security, and optional analytics cookies.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure and improve the EaseTourMaster platform and website.
- To respond to your enquiries, process signups and provision your subscription.
- To send service, billing and (where permitted) marketing communications about easetourmaster.com.
- To power features you enable, including the AI Sales Agent, on a per-tenant basis.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. The AI Sales Agent
Where a tenant enables the AI Sales Agent, customer messages and enquiry details are processed to generate replies and qualify leads. Tenants control whether the agent runs in draft-and-approve or autonomous mode. We process this data on the tenant’s behalf and do not use a tenant’s customer content to train third-party models.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: (a) service providers and sub-processors who help us run easetourmaster.com (hosting, email/SMS, AI processing, analytics) under confidentiality obligations; (b) the relevant tenant, where you are a customer who contacted that tenant; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Tenants may request export or deletion of their data as described below.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and tenant data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of incidents where required by law.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@easetourmaster.com.
8. Children
easetourmaster.com is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Refund Policy — subscriptions
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions availed by a tenant on EaseTourMaster are billed in advance and are not eligible for any refund, in whole or in part, including for unused time, partial billing periods, downgrades, or early cancellation. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not entitle the tenant to a refund of fees already paid. Where a refund is required by applicable law, that law prevails to the extent it applies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
